How To Shop
When you have found something that looks appealing; Click on the image, check out the details and simply "add item" to your "cart".
When you have finished shopping, head to "checkout" and follow the simple instructions. If you need any further product information or assistance, just contact one of the team, see contact us.
For items available` in store only` can be ordered through the shop, depending on availability. Give the team a call 0151 709 8009 and we will quote you delivery charges.
It`s that simple.
Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge within the UK is £3.95. Excluding Channel Islands.
We aim to despatch any order made before 2pm Monday-Friday on the same day subject to credit card authorization. Orders received after 2pm will be sent the following working day.
Express Delivery
If you just can't wait for your delivery (and who can blame you), we also offer guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) at a cost of £8.95 if you place your order before 2pm on a working day.
Orders placed at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day and delivery will be the day after despatch.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (i.e. to place of work), please include these details in the delivery address box.
Recycling
Here at Red Lotus we are committed to keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.
We re-use all the packaging that our goods arrive from Indonesia. All goods dispatched to you will be sent in the same packaging it was packed in the container with. Or, re-packed using our stock of existing carton. This keeps waste packaging and costs to an absolute minimum. It also makes total sense.
Terms & Refunds
We want you to share our passion for the Red Lotus products you have chosen. So if for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge.
Please note that we will only refund return postage on damaged or faulty goods. All stock items are checked to be in full working order before being dispatched.
Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on pierced earrings or footwear. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift.
We strongly recommend that you either send your parcel recorded delivery or obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
